The plans for the new building do not include a book shop like Topeka. The Friends will continue to have their legendary sales, and they will still be in the tent, but the tent will go up on the public plaza, between the parking deck and the library building. This will be a great public space for everything from Friends Sales to outdoor movies and concerts. Thanks for your question and for supporting the Friends!

Or will there be a permanent location for ongoing used book sales, as in the Topeka library? I think the latter would be great. I really enjoyed browsing the shop in Topeka when I visited that library.
