A Tisket, A Tasket, Its Time to Win a Basket!

From Friday, November 2nd through Thursday, November 8th, the Library Foundation will host its annual themed basket fundraiser, in the lobby and online. For a suggested donation of just $2, you will have the opportunity to win one of twenty-one spectacular baskets, each worth $100 or more, donated by local organizations, businesses, book clubs and other library supporters. This year’s baskets include:
- Dinner Downtown, featuring over $200 in gift cards to Pachamama’s, The Burger Stand, 715, and more great restaurants
- Lego-Palooza, featuring Lego books, sets, games, and more
- Perfect Pairings, featuring 10 bottles of wine plus a book recommendation to go with each one
- Lunch in Lawrence, featuring $150 in gift cards to Terrebone, Jefferson’s, Ingredient, and more great spots for lunch (or dinner)
- Car Care Kit, featuring over $200 worth of car care, from alignments at D & D to a free oil change from The Mobile Change
- A Book, A Beer, and A Bonus, featuring 11 craft beers paired with a book (ex. Shiner Wild Hare Pale Ale w/Watership Down)
