Bookvan

For your convenience, a bookvan visits select retirement communities throughout Lawrence. The bookmobile has a small collection of material from the main library, including books, DVDs and audio-books. Requests may be made for other titles. Materials borrowed from the main library may be returned at the bookmobile, also. A library card is needed to borrow materials but if you do not have a card, one can be obtained with the proper identification. All are welcome to check out material from the bookvan; you do not have to be a resident of the retirement community.
